Tot/Preschool 101: Child only class to encourage movement and self awareness. Playful interaction with peers promotes necessary social and developmental skills.

Tot/Preschool 102: Child only class where self awareness begins. Students will begin to learn all fundamentals of gymnastics. Whether you have a future Olympic gymnast or a free-spirited parkour enthusiast, this class will encourage the skills and techniques needed to thrive in life. Recommended age 3-5 years old Preschool 102
Summer Camp: 3 hour daily session. Fun, games, obstacles and skill training all with certified coaches. All athletes will participate in both gymnastics and parkour experiences. ages 5-15 only
Gymnastics 101: Child only class where the students will learn the basics of gymnastics. The students will learn the different positions of gymnastics and utilize them in different skills on each event. The four Olympic events of girls’ gymnastics includes vault, bars, beam, and floor. Recommended for students 6-9 years of age. Gym 101
Gymnastics 102: Same as above. Recommended for students 10+ years of age. Gym 102
Gymnastics 201: More advanced level of training. Students will be working towards the Xcel team, which includes the skills and routines necessary for competing. Students are selected for this course based on ability. Class meets twice a week. Gym 201
Gymnastics 202: More advanced level of training. Students will be working towards the JO team, which includes the skills and routines necessary for competing. Students are selected for this course based on ability. Class meets twice a week. Gym 202
Gymnastics 301: 4-6 years old. Advanced preschool working towards competition team. More advanced level of training. Students are selected for this course based on ability. Class meets twice a week. Gym 301
Advanced: More advanced level of training. Students who show advanced skills but are not looking to compete. Class meets once a week. Advanced
Tumbling: Advanced and beginner level tumbling provided for those who want to learn new skills and perfect old ones.
Parkour 101: Learning the basic and fundamental aspects of what parkour is in a safe environment. Students will begin to set personal goals and expectations with the knowledge of how to achieve them. Recommended for students 6-9 years of age Parkour 101
Parkour 102: Same as above. Recommended for students 10+ years of age Parkour 102
Parkour 201: Designed to find ones’ individual interests in the sport and improving their skills in that area. This class encourages each student to set physical goals and obtain the skills and knowledge to obtain them. Prerequisite Parkour 101/102. Parkour 201
Special Needs Recreation: Child only class to encourage movement and self awareness in a safe structured environment with trained staff. Hands on playful interaction that promotes necessary social and developmental skills. Most cases are a one on one ratio. Recommended for students 4-15 years of age
Xcel Team: The USAG Xcel gymnasts here at B&C are a competitive group of girls committed to high standards and strive for excellence in all aspects of gymnastics training. Their dedication and hard work shines through at the USAG sanctioned competitions they attend every year. Acceptance into this family must be approved by the head coaches.
